Interview Winners Program ( IWC) is an employability skills bridge course offered to college students to prepare them to the world of work. It was designed to provide one on one interview drill with HR practitioners and support training to gear up participants to the right career mindset. Overall, it is a 2-day activity, to be held virtually through zoom. It aims to encourage and prepare every participant to embrace career excellence embodying all the in demand employability skills.
